Cafely Shipping Policy
Our fulfillment team strives to process every order within 2 business days. Once it’s out the door, it’s in the hands of the carrier company — so please allow 5-10 business days for all orders placed within the United States.
If you typed an incorrect address and we have not yet shipped your product, please email hi@cafely.com to request an address change.
If you typed your address incorrectly and the products were already shipped, you would be responsible for retrieving them. You can contact the carrier directly to reroute the shipment.
Check your address thoroughly, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier service directly if your package appears delivered through the online tracking information.
We are not responsible for mail service delays caused by holidays, weather, or situations outside our control.
International Shipping
Coffee knows no bounds, and neither do we. Cafely ships internationally!
Aside from the US, we currently ship to:

United Kingdom.
Please allow an extra 7–10 business days for international orders.
Note: Customers are responsible for any extra duties and fees incurred from shipping internationally.
**Damaged or Lost Orders**
All orders are shipped in airtight bags with a tamper-proof seal to preserve freshness. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit — please reach out to us at hi@cafely.com. Our team will resolve the problem for you either through a refund or exchange.
**Returns & Exchanges**
Cafely is committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, less any shipping charges or fees.
