Refund policy

Hello, and thank you for your purchase!

If you’re reading this page, you’ve likely encountered a problem with your order. We’re here to help!

To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at hi@cafely.com with your order number, the subject line "Cafely Return: Order Number #," and a description of what happened. We’ll get that sorted out for you ASAP.

We maintain a no-questions-asked Happiness Guarantee for all Cafely products. Our goal has always been to deliver the highest-quality authentic coffee and enhanced superfoods possible. 

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, let us know, and we can help you exchange it for something else or refund your order entirely.

Return policy details:

  • All refunds must be submitted within 90 days of purchase
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging it arrived in
  • Products that have more than 25% consumed are not eligible for a refund
  • Only the most recent subscription delivery is eligible for a refund

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at hi@cafely.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Step 2: One of our agents will issue you a return label to ship the contents back to our shop. (We pay for return shipping).

Step 3: Once the package arrives, our staff inspects it. We’ll notify you immediately if the return is approved or rejected.

Step 4: Allow 2-3 business days for your refund to process and display in your account. Some banks may take longer to display transactions.

Gift Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on gift items without the receipt. If there's a problem with your product, contact the customer support team at hi@cafely.com.

If the contents are damaged, we may issue a store credit for the item's total value.

Shipping Costs For Returns

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for paying for return postage, and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process.
